Refund Process

Store Credit: Get a voucher to shop again at WainsMart.
Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment. (It may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account). ✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
